Growers Dinner Series 2010

Wine glasses clinking, forks tapping plates, conversation buzzing, laughter - these are the sounds of farmers and foodies enjoying a great meal together at Restaurant Phoebe. This isn't just a meal, though, this is a celebration of local food, the people who grow it and those who craft it into something wonderful.

Our Growers Dinners, held one Wednesday per month, bring diners closer to where their food comes from. Each dinner will feature a Vermont farmer and a local artisan. These "growers" will be at the dinner table to talk about what they do and answer any questions you may have about their products. We invite you to come join the conversation while dining family-style on a three-course meal. We've set the dates; we're still working out the farmers and artisans - Check back soon!

Cooking Class Series: Cornerstones for Common-Sense Cooking

Hands-on cooking classes with Chef Aaron Millon for cooking enthusiasts of all skill levels.

Taste ingredients, identify flavors, discover your inner chef all while having fun in an intimate environment.

Each class takes place at Restaurant Phoebe and includes lunch featuring food prepared during the class served with wine.

Small class sizes and hands-on instruction allow for meaningful learning to occur. Cost per class is $65 and includes instruction, fresh ingredients, recipe, meal and wine. You may sign up for one or as many classes as you choose.
